If the file you are importing does not use standard encoding (for example, it uses Russian instead of English), then the characters may not display correctly when you import the file. - Set the Oracle Primavera Platform Options
Specify whether you want to calculate baseline values from planned or current values and set the number of seconds before the web service times out.
